I teach people how to regain control of their lives thru movement and behavioral retraining. Regaining mastery of the mind-body connection using practical, evidence-based techniques in your daily life is a main focus of my teaching. I have taught extensively on subjects such as:
- Stress management and mindfulness
- Overcoming persistent pain
- Improving mental and physical performance
- Exploring and improving movement
- Behavior change
